DO NOT RETURN YOUR OnixGRIP TO THE STORE! Instead, should your product ever become damaged or defective in any way, follow the instructions below.

If Purchased Less Than 30 days ago!

If a product is defective and breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will waive the shipping and handling fee. You will need to send an email to support@onixgrip.com, upload a photo or video of the broken item, and explain what happened to the product. Proof of purchase will be required.

If Purchased More Than 30 days ago!
If the purchase was more than 30 days ago, you will need to send an email to support@onixgrip.com, upload a photo or video of the broken item, and explain what happened to the product.

For products purchased more than 30 days ago a $9.99 shipping and handling fee is required for SOLO Ring Replacements and there is a $12.99 shipping & handling fee for DUO & MAX Replacements.

Please note- Shipping & Handling will increase for international shipments.


Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after this period, however, we do offer an Unconditional 100% Guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

PLEASE NOTE*: When you are returning an item, please send your: Full Name, Complete Address, Phone Number and Email Address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A credit card statement will also suffice. Please do not send your purchase back to the retailer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we may send you an email requesting feedback for why the return took place. Please Note:  We do not include any shipping/handling fees incurred (even if you received FREE SHIPPING on your order), PLUS, if packaging has been opened, and/or used, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
